I am a semi-soft, slightly crumbly, creamy, classic goats cheese, perfect for salads.
A cylindrical log of soft pasteurised goats cheese with white mould coat and distinctive flavour. Manufactured from goats milk. Presented unwrapped and uncovered on base with plastic straw supports. Some desiccation (weight loss) will occur.
