This cheese is golden and delicate made from the milk of Yorkshire’s classiest cows!
I am a distinctive orange-coloured crumbly blue-veined cheese, that is mellow in strength, and creamy in texture, with a hint of pepper in the finish. Made near Thirsk, in Yorkshire.
