I am a fresh and young cheese, that’s only matured for 3 weeks! My flavour is sweet and fruity with cranberry (obviously) and honey undertones.
A creamy, crumbly & full of flavour Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese, carefully combined with the delicate fruity succulence of pure, sweet cranberries. An original creation from The Wensleydale Creamery.
